Before boarding, the passengers need to print out the Confirmation Voucher provided and show it at the ticketing desk along with their identification document. The Cruz del Norte Bolivia agents will handle you the printed ticket to board the bus.

Cancellations: penalties are applied according to the following list:

• 10 days before the date of travel 20 % of the total price
• 9-6 days before the date of travel 30 % of the total price
• 5-3 before the date of travel 50 % of the total price
• 2-1 before the date of travel 100 % of the total price

Modifications have a penalty according to the following list:

All modifications over 48 hrs. before the date of travel have a penalty of 4 USD

Modifications 48 hrs. or less before the date of travel have a penalty of 100% of the total price.

Due to external factors beyond the control of the Cruz del Norte company (climatic conditions, road blocks, etc.) the company reserves the right to change the route La Paz/Uyuni/La paz without prior notice. By purchasing Cruz del Norte ticket, you automatically agree to the above conditions.
