Amaszonas Terms and Conditions:

Check-in at the counter of the airline with a valid photo ID. The e-tickets are virtuale documents that represent a confirmed and pre-paid reservation. No passenger will be allowed to board without identification that contains an up-to date photograph.

Passengewrs must be at the airport at one (1) hour before the scheduled departure of the flight in order to be able to complete the check-in and boarding procedures. The flight closes 30 minutes before departure, therefore you need to confirm your reservation. The reserved seats will be available up to this moment. If a passenger is not present, Amaszonas will re-sell the seat.

Passengers must confirm and reconfirm their reservations at least 24 hours before boarding the flight. Amaszonas may re-sell the confirmed but not re-confirmed spaces.

The ticket/e-ticket guarantees to the bearer 20 kgs (44 Lbs) of luggage for adults and 10 kgs (22 Lbs.) for minors. Excess luggage will be transported in "availabale spaces", subject to the payment of an extra fee and insurance.
