Itinerary:
We will depart at 06:30 in our vehicles towards the private reserve "Las Cascadas". The trip will take about 3 hours from La Paz city on the road to Coroico and Caranavi.
After we arrive at around 09:30, we will change and head to the shores of the Coroico river where the equipment for rafting will already be waiting for us.
The descent on the river takes about 3 hours, navigating rapids of level III and IV.
We will end this activity by visiting the the waterfall in Puerto Le�n. The vehicles will then take us to the Las Cascadas private reserve.
Lunch at Las Cascadas ecolodge.
After lunch we will begin with the zip line activities.
You will zipline 1 km through the air at a height of over 200 meters on a 0.5 inch german steel cable. For this activity, we use high-security pulleys, harnesses, gloves and helmets.
At around 18:00 hours we will leave to La Paz city. Arrival time is between 21:00 and 22:00 hours.

Characteristics of the adventure:
Temperature varies according to the season, but it is never colder than 14 degrees centigrade. The river is quite safe and fun and you don't need any experience to participate. During the rainy season all participants must be over 10 years old. All passengers must obey instructions of the guide and help with rowing in temawork.
All participants are provided with a special helmet and a floating vest, oar, waterproof bag for equipment, raft or kayak.

The Las Cascadas Ecolodge is a natural refuge located only 3 hours from La Paz city in the region of North Yungas. In 150 hectars of natural reserver you will find 7 unique waterfalls. This ecolodge is the base for several adventure tourism activities, such as zip-line, rafting/kayking rappel in the waterfalls, bird-watching and trekking among old coffee and coca plantations.
The ecolodge has 4 double rooms and a cabin for 5 people, camping area, bathroom, showers and restaurant.
