Titicaca Lake and Sun Island Shared Tour Full day

The tour starts at 7:15 a.m. The shared tourist bus will pick up the passengers that are staying in Hotels located in the center of La Paz city.

Later we will transport you from La Paz to Copacabana. The travel time will be from 4 to 4.5 hours.

Once in Copacabana town we will make our first stop visiting the main church in Copacabana. The Basilica of Copacabana was built in renaissance style to worship the Virgen of the Candelaria - Virgen Morena.

We will have lunch in Copacabana town.

Later we will board a shared motorboat that will take us to the South side of the Sun Island. This mystical place is also known as the cradle of life by the Inca culture and its descendants.

We will visit the Pilkokaina Temple ruins. According to legend, the Inca emperor stayed here during his visits to the Sun Island.

Our journey wouldn't be complete if we didn't make a stop at the Yumani port where the Inca's fountain and the Inca's steps are located. We will make a short stop in here to return later to Copacabana town.

Once in Copacabana you can choose to travel back to La Paz city or to take a bus from Copacabana to Puno.
